borg. provides technical support to the Nigerian Office of Trade Negotiation (NOTN)

We are pleased to have participated in the process of providing technical support to the Federal Government of Nigeria as it goes into Stage II of the African Continental Free Trade Area (#AfCFTA) negotiations, towards building a single market for Africa. We were able to do this by responding to the call for memoranda and position papers from the Nigeria Office of Trade Negotiations (NOTN)
Our submissions were on the following areas;
(1.) Protocol on Competition Policy; and
(2.) Protocol on Sustainable Investment
This is in line with our objective to help decision-makers make informed choices and continue to engage policymakers in the country and across the continent on policy issues. We look forward, with the rest of Africa, to the outcome of the negotiations in the near future.
